Potential First deal

Hello everyone I'm looking to get started I'm 20 I'm a electrican I want to buy a fixer upper I can build sweat equity in as my primary residence. Should I try to find a owner financing deal or private lender not to sure.any suggestions would be appreciated.

You should start by talking to a banker. That's going to be your best source of capital before seeking owner financing or private money.
