Looking to pull the trigger

Hey everyone! My husband and I just set up an LLC and are looking to either purchase outright or rent and sublease /arbitrage. I am seeing limited ordinances against arbitrage but having a really hard time. Using the playbook from other "gurus" I found some rental properties and reached out to the owners. To my surprise, I was blacklisted by Zillow for a breach of their non solicitation rules ... needless to say it isn't working out too well ATM lol

Any insight or ideas to share to help me get off the ground?
