Tiny Home on Wheels owners + House Hacking
Hi there everyone!
My husband and I have been studying real estate investing for the past two years with a great coaching program we paid for in 2024. I will be getting my real estate license in February and we will be expecting our first baby come April 2026!!
We currently live in a tiny home on wheels behind my sisters house that we have tried to sell but because we are based in Georgia and the laws are harder then out west it has been almost impossible. SO very soon we hope to start our first fix and flip and lean into wholesaling.
We are also hoping to use the FHA loan on a multi family property prior to August (lord willing) since we likely won't be able to sell the tiny home before then.
theee questions for community
1. Best REI in person meetups in Georgia that you go to and like?
2. Any ideas on what to do with the tiny home on wheels? We have looked into buying land but that keeps us from goal of Down payment on multi family and we have also looked into putting it on someone else's land that isn't family but also defeats purpose.
3. Know any wholesalers near winder Georgia that has multi family properties?
