Hey all, I’ve been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading the books for years now and recently decided it’s time to stop sitting on the sidelines. I’m based in Westchester county but going to be focusing on the Albany market to buy value add long term rentals. I am currently analyzing deals and getting the team together as this is somewhat long distance. I am looking for anyone with knowledge or a network in the area to help me build the team and get my first investment property in the next 1-3 months. Appreciate it in advance!
