Hello, 

I'm planning to create my LLC and business bank in the next month.

1. What are the best banks for REI?

2. And,is it a terrible idea to put the down payment on a credit card or LOC?

The property I'm looking at is in A+ tourists areas and the market for Short term is very high. With a small duplex fully booked at $300 per day. The asking price is $345,000. 

I would need $70,000 on credit down payment and DSCR loan.
