DSCR Struggles with generating revenue
Looking for some guidance here - Pensacola FL is a growing city and being local, I struggle with finding multi family homes that will generate enough income. Everytime I run the numbers with 20% down (given rent prices currently) I'm maybe making 100-200 per month
am i missing something here?
ex. 325k duplex with 20% down and rent is only getting 1200 to 1300 per unit
