I Just bought my second property but 1st real investment property from 1960s. Plan is to live in it while I slowly get renovations and foundation fixed then rent and turn into BRRR strategy. I watched a lot of videos online and I'm wondering should I be in a rush to put under an LLC if I will be living in it for 18 months before I move out to rent? Also are there any tips for hiring a team to fix an investment property with foundation issues, pier and beam, including a basement under the right side bottom half around 300SF?
