REI market trends

As a new investor, which market strategy should I use to get my first deal. I've been looking at slow flips as a way to get started. Any suggestions?

Congrats on getting started!

1. Match strategy to your capital, time, risk tolerance, and local market conditions.

2. Start with education: local REIA meetings, online courses, mentors, and hard numbers.

3. Run conservative comps, include all costs (purchase, rehab, holding, selling, vacancies, fees).

4. Build a reliable team (agent, contractor, lender, attorney, property manager).

5. Keep reserves and a clear exit plan for every deal.
