Hi im new to the columbus ohio cleveland area and i have over 200k in personal funding to deploy and im aspiring to be a real-estate developer. Im looking to connect with people experienced in new construction development (4plex starting out). Looking to connect with people asap to get started

Unless you are heavily subsidized, doing new construction in the missing middle (2-4 units) is tough. I know some people are doing it, but they have subsidies from the city. I have seen a lot of projects go up when the Columbus Affordable Housing Trust had funding. I am curious to see how these deals do moving forward. The AHT ran out of money so it did not last long
