18 Year Old, Attempting to Network.
Hello everybody. I've been trying to navigate this app but having a little trouble. I'm looking to start the journey of real estate investing and looking for a mentor of sorts. I've heard of the concept of wholesaling and it sounds appealing due to the fact that I have no capital and no credit. I have heard mixed opinions however.
Does anybody wholesale in the local area? Thanks guys!

Welcome Noah. If I were you, I would try to attend local REIA meetings to talk to floks there. I would recommend below books for you to read/listen:
