LLC Advice needed

Sherrbert Dorbeck

Good day!

As a foreign investor ready to enter the US real-estate I'm 'stuck' with deciding what state to open a LLC to get the ball rolling. I do not live in the US so I'm not bound to a home state nor am I set to a particular state to buy my first property as I am open to different places. Really want to get this sorted out so I can start having serious conversations with lenders and looking at different properties.

What are my options?

Regards,

Sherrbert

I would avoid California, but most other states are fine. I hear Wyoming has some of the best protections. We have LLC in four different states.
