Today is the day!

Today is the day that I became a Real Estate Investor!

Closing on the property in a few hours! Very excited and am still kinda wondering what the hell I was thinking, but I am ready to put in the hard work and start this new chapter of my life! This time I am in charge of my destiny!

Thanks to everyone for all the advice up until now, it was PRICELESS!!!
