property rent or own
I'm very new to real estate but trying to find a starting point. I've found a property I would like to move in to (3 bed 2 bath with pool). They want $3,000/Mo to rent but just viewed the property and noticed it is also for sale for $600k. during the walkthrough I noticed there is a problem with the pool that will need to be addressed, as well as some corrosion on the interior side of the aluminium siding for the windows. Any assistance moving forward is appreciated, just trying to see if it would be viable for a potential rent to own situation and use it as a start to my investing career.
