Off market build ready lots
My client has some off market 60x100 build ready lots with final plat city approved in rapidly growing East TX area - renders prepared and my client is now looking to network with interested private investors in this new development; utilities are in (water sewer electric fiber), streets are in, also have drainage reports and soil / foundation studies in hand. I've got all docs associated including the Offering Memorandum - full transparency this is my first time working this many lots for a client... I'm excited but also curious what you all would do in this situation? We've had meetings, I've shared my marketing gameplan / timeline, he's breaking ground soon & now I want to assist in securing some JV partners for him as he mentioned it is "not super important but will help".
