Propstream, then what?

I signed up for Propstream but am not sure what my next move is. What do y'all use next in your stack?

PropStream is a good place to start, but the next step is to decide how you're going to use the data, not necessarily to add more tools.

- build targeted lists- pick one outreach channel- track your conversations and follow-up

(not sure if you're a beginner) A lot of beginners build a huge stack before they even have a process.Initially, having multiple tools is usually not as effective as having a straightforward approach and consistent execution.What is your actual plan going forward—wholesale, flips, or rentals?
