Just starting my journey
I am just starting my real estate journey (with my son and husband). There is so much advice and information and courses... it's overwhelming. What are the top 1-3 tips you can give me as a newbie.
We are planning to do small easy flips at first and then from there add rentals for cash flow. We don't have financing and think we need to get an investor for our first couple jobs.
