So im 18 years old and looking to invest within the next 2 years. I want to create a portfolio young and gain passive income to create wealth for me along side of my businesses. My question is, how should i get into real estate and what should i get into. I would love some advice on what to do or where to go if possible!

Start by getting a firm financial foundation first. I'd read set for life by Scott trench.

once you have personal finances mastered, then start educating yourself on real estate.
