Finding finding duplex/triplex

I'm mainly using Zillow right now and anytime I look for multifamily I mainly get condo buildings instead of duplexes or triplexes that I can purchase.

Anyone have suggestions on other sites or search strategies?

Zillow's multifamily filter is unreliable. It lumps condos in with 2-4 units. Realtor.com's multi-family filter shows actual duplexes and triplexes better than Zillow does.
