is there any way a 17 year old could get into real estate

Hello everyone. I would like to know if there’s any way to get into real estate at 17 years old. I’ve heard of bird dogging but unfortunately I can’t sign a contract for the finders fee. I would be open to trying it around the St. Paul/Minneapolis area if anyone’s interested.

is there any other options for a 17 year old to get some experience in real estate.

I’m going to be house hacking when I turn 18 and would like some real experience under my belt before I do.

I would also be open to finding some cheap distressed if anyone’s into house flipping and needs a bird dog.

As always, thank you for reading.

@Colten Keeler - who says you can’t? I’m not usually checking someone’s drivers license when I offer them money to do work or want to pay a marketing fee for finding me sellers…

Real estate agents can make 2.5-3% on a listing minus what they pay their brokerage, so you help someone score a $400k listing because you’ve identified it as pre foreclosure and made contact with the owners and teed them up, I don’t see why they wouldn’t give you $1000 as their marketing agency.
