Hey Biggerpockets community!

I'm excited to begin my career as an investor-focused real estate sales professional in Houston.

My focus is building relationships, learning from experienced investors, and helping connect opportunities with buyers looking to grow their portfolios. I'm currently diving into wholesaling, off-market properties, and investment acquisitions.

For those already active in the industry: What's the most important lesson you learned during your first 90 days in real estate investing?

Looking forward to connecting and learning from this community.

My biggest lesson from the first 90 days: stop chasing information and start chasing conversations. Most new investors spend months watching videos, building systems, and looking for the perfect deal. The people who actually get traction are the ones talking to sellers, making offers, networking with investors, and learning from real-world feedback. Real estate is a relationship business. The faster you get into conversations, the faster you'll learn what actually works in your market.
