Starting Real Estate Wholesaling
Im 17 years old just recently graduated highschool. Im turning 18 soon and Im ready to begin expanding my horizions. Im simply seeking a little adivce to get me started in my journey. At a young age i've always had a desire to become successful, at the beginning I took a strong interest in the stock market but as I grew a little older my interest shifted to real estate.
Im very interested to get into the real estate world but I'm struggling to find a way to do so. My main interest right now is wholesailing, reason being I see it as a good way to start out as im still building my foundation, but also to start learning how the fundamentals such as negotiating, contracts, and dealing with investors work.
My question to you would be, how could I begin with zero knowledge and experience? What are some resources that can help me exell? What helped you get started, along with what made you become successful? If you started from scratch in 2026 how would you begin?
