Starting out In the seattle area
Hi everyone, I’m Lucy. I’m a complete beginner based in the Greater Seattle/King County area and I am officially starting my journey to build a solid foundational knowledge of the Pacific Northwest real estate market.
I was curious, if you were to start over or start fresh, from zero, what steps or actions you take?
I know there’s been a recent shift in the market, and perhaps more price increases.
