Renting out in inherited property...

Inherited a property in the last year. 1 acre land with run down house that needs to be removed. It is owned out right in my name. What would be the best lending options to remove home and rebuild. I can keep cost pretty low considering my back ground in construction and planning on doing a good bit of the work. Doing a quick estimate I figure 70,000 to 80,000 for construction cost with an estimated value of around 300,000 upon completion.
