Need help getting into property management job field

Hello all, my name is Nicholas I’m 21, with no property management experience, but really want to get into the field. I’ve been struggling to find where to start because it feels like everywhere I look for a property management job you need prior experience. I’m very hard working and willing to take on any challenge but it just seems like without the experience nobody wants to get back to me. What are some tips, or recommendations you have to get my foot into property management so, once I start building my portfolio I can have a strong overview of what to do.
