Hello everyone, how are things?
So, i just recently finished the 10Hr Wholesaler program through justin
Wilmot. Every seems fine so far. However, i am a Canadian and do not live in the USA but i was enticed by the Co-wholesaler JV model and recently partnered with two Wholesalers in Jacksonville Florida.
This is no problem. I will be using the Direct Mail to bring in buyers as my focus.
But, can i also do the offerbot (motivated seller) home offer blasts and put seller homes under contract while in Toronto Ontario?
Do i have to go to the closing or can i get the buyer to go for me?
I want to get homes under contract, but will not be able to go to the closings.
Is this part possible for me?
