Accidental/Reluctant landlords are rising in housing markets where sellers have lost pricing power.
Homeowners who fail to get the price they’re hoping for are forced to explore other options to get out from under a house they no longer want and a payment they are struggling to afford.

No longer of having the luxury of time on their side, they are now considering, reluctantly, the idea of becoming landlords.

For a new investor who has been stalled on the sidelines, overthinking the process of getting started, this these accidental/reluctant landlords should be your target market.  Work markets that are experiencing growing inventory, declining sales, price reductions and seller concessions.  That’s where you’ll find these would-be sellers.

Present The Lease Purchase Advantage vs a traditional rental and you’ll find a homeowner who who's relieved to discover there's an option besides another price cut.
