Tracking Progress as a New Investor

One thing I’ve learned about myself is that it’s hard to create actionable steps I can actually track to make sure I’m progressing in real estate.

Does anyone have advice on what they tracked or how they held themselves accountable when they were first getting started?

Right now I’m looking at bird dogging and wholesaling as ways to get into the game and gain experience. I don’t want to just watch videos and learn — I want to make sure I’m taking actions every week that are actually moving me toward doing deals.

What would you track weekly if you were starting over?
