Excited!

Last night I went to my first Meet Up...just a handful of folks. It was a social, not the monthly meeting. Met some good folks, got excited about learning and the possibilties that come with it. It was just a good feeling to be around folks that are doing what I want to do, and successful at it....AND willing to help others like me.  Well I guess that energy spilled over to today. I'm in an online group, and an out of town investor gave me a lead in my area, because of the distance for him. Free lead...wants nothing....so of course I was a little nervous about calling, and what to say. I remembered I had purchased a wholesaling course, and it had all these forms to include a property lead sheet with all the pertinent things to ask about the property...I CALLED! :) (I must say I sounded like a pro...lol)..told the owner I need to speak with my partner. Who's my partner? Well at the Meetup last night I happened to meet a very seasoned wholesaler in my area who is willing to help...So will anything come out of this lead? I don't know, we'll see. I've pulled the property info, and will discuss with my partner. The point is I got off of the computer, went to a meeting, networked, called a seller and I'M EXCITED!
