Hello. Can someone tell me the best way to locate cash buyers in my area so that I can build a buyers list?

A good source for cash buyers can be found at:

http://www.findcompsnow.com/index.php

Input the area you're interested in and get a list of Cash Buyers as well as Private Note Buyers who have recently purchased in that area.
