Hunting Deals

Alright, I have read alot and I have became quite inquisitive about finding the "good" deals. I have worked Real Estate from the lending aspect of the industry and have funded investment deals in the past. Now I have acquired some knowledge on REI and a little knowledge can be deadly in some cases.

There are so many different ways that I have read and heard of what are some of the more rock solid proven & tried methods to finding the "good" deals?

Thanks in advance

Aaron Howard
