Excel, internet and telephone line are adequate to generate leads.

Definitely need Excel for some spreadsheet action :)

It doesn't really matter the tools that you use, but more the systems you put in place. once you have the system in place you can then hunt for a tool that compliments it. You might even have to hire someone to create the tool for you. You also have to remember you can't do everything yourself. Sorry for the generic answer but it's so true
