Experienced partner is my unfair advantage
My partner and I bought a duplex and have dumped about $4,000 into it thus far. This is my 1st rental property, but is my partner's 4th. My partner has about 10 years experience in this field, so a lot of what I read and hear on BP and the podcasts I get to see in action. Learning tons with this venture and it is very exciting!
