Stated income loans where to find?

Question

does anyone out there know of any lenders doing stated income loans?  I have talked to my friends and they have told me that there are lenders out there that offer this with a good credit score, but i dont know where to start looking.  If you know of any please end me their information.

Well, broker I deal with states LTV's are the new FICO scores.  Under 75% and can get stated or full doc.  You pay more interest for stated.  If you go with BOA don't let them tell you you qualify for a papersaver loan because the computer tells them whether or not you will qualify.  Make sure you visit them face to face because they screwed up my address and the zip code fell in a bad area and they flagged it for full doc.  Do not do applications by telephone.  Make them see you.

if you run it as full doc through du it will ask for a verbal veo if the system likes the loan. It will need a good fico score and at least 5 % down on a sfr. if you have any further questions feel free to ask. A 1005 is just a verbal verification of employment. it works, i do it all the time. Countrywide and citi are really good also try homecomings.

Yes Wells Fargo is still doing stated loans, but like a previous post. You must have very good fico's, good amount of money down, and great reserves.
