just attended a 3 day fortune builders seminar,dont have $500 or 33,000 to join.any ideas of what i need to do first?i think i want to start wholeselling. thanks guys

The site that guru's hate because we are free and actually informative :) This site is awesome because the only thing everyone has in common is that they invest in Real Estate. Everyone has their different "niche" and even sub niches. Definitely check out the podcasts, forums and blogs.

Another great resource is everyone signature. Many of us including myself have started blogs and websites more about our niches. So if you find peoples who "philosophies you enjoy. Definitely check them out.

thanks for the info.Always wanted to get into this business but just sat on the sidelines wishing plus finances plays a big part in getting started.Time to jump in and take good risk for a change.

@Rick Doughty , BP is where you should start.  Go to the "Learn" tab in the blue navigation bar and start reading. Tons of great articles, most of which have links to other, related articles.  Then browse the forums, searching for things you have questions about (since they've probably been asked before).

Also network with people in your area.
