Rent, flip, or...
Hello everyone. I am new to real estate investing... actually, it's just a dream at the moment. I should have enough money saved to pay cash for my first property in the near future. My current "plan" is to buy rehab homes and rent them out. Would this be more profitable than flipping or any other techniques out there? Thanks for any info.
