Newbie in Puerto Rico.  Hello, I just moved to Puerto Rico and have the real estate bug.  Does anyone here have any knowledge of buying, renting, managing houses on the island.  Looking to make connections and have some coffee.  I am located on the west side, Cabo Rojo.   Thanks!

Gary, 

I own 30 vacation rentals in Cabo Rojo we bought last year. We learned ALOT. Too much to post about. Did you move under la 20 or law 22?
