New assistant
I have a friend that is going to be helping me with some marketing, bird dogging and finding properties in general. I have a few questions.
How do others typically pay assistants? And how much per lead or sale?
What are the most effective ways to use assistants?
Other tasks for an assistant?
Any other ideas for me to spread my reach with another person Helping on a day to day basis.
