Okay so I have an LLC, that I have had for years but renamed it Lifetree Property Solutions recently with SOS. I have got 50 yard signs just shipped to me, got car magnets, got several websites with realeflow...and pay for a year of service with them. I don't know what to do to get leads?? Not sure if I need to get a private lender or several right now, or if I should focus on wholesaling and doing assignments?? I am just at a point where I have got a logo, got websites, got facebook, got craigslist ads and yard signs....but now what??? I need money in my pocket. I have been out of a job for sometime now and need money coming in....so what do I do next?? I am worry about doing reo's and foreclosures because I need cash up front....but if I do wholesales?? well how do I find leads to jump on to make an assignment fee??? I need help.

I have never understood how wholesalers can "sell" property they do not really own. However, there are those on this forum who will give you advice about that. If you don't have any money go work two jobs till you have saved up enough for a small SFH. In this market most sales require no contingencies and all cash.

Don’t buy signs and start companies when you don’t have any working capital. Good luck.

I suggest cold calling. That's my plan. Make 10+ calls a day.

Been a great ride over the past two years easily find leads ten daily, and have my business online e erywhere. It was good to restart this business!!!
