Hi all. I'm new around here but have been looking into investing in real estate for a while now. My husband and I will be looking for a lease option (rent to own) home and would liketo get a multifamily home because we want to begin investing in RE. Is this even possible? Anyone have experience in this area? TIA

Read @Brandon Turner s cool Creative Finance book and @Ben Leybovich knows all about creative finance with multis.
