Too Picky

Hello 

I very new to this type of business but when I'm looking for deal I think I'm too picky. The only place I am looking for now is Craigslist and FSBO websites, reading through the posting I will discard anything that seams that it is from any other investor or realtor, is this normal process? I have made cold calls (not fun) and not had any luck yet. I do not have a lot of money so my intent is to wholesale some properties in the beginning and migrate my way to flipping. Is there any other websites or services I can use for leads other that the 2 I have mentioned.
