Recommend any books?

So my plan is to get my relator's license when I turn 18 (I'm 17). I want to work as a Realtor and a construction laborer, save up some cash and eventually buy my own properties. I realize I have a lot to learn. Is there any books you guys can recommend? I appreciate all the help.

@Manuel Sandoval    I would suggest listening to the podcasts. At the end of every podcast, they ask the investor what their favorite Real Estate book is, and what their favorite Business book is. There are some great suggestions there. Also, there are links to the books in the podcasts notes of the "Learn" section. Check it out...

I agree with the podcasts, listen to them all. Check them out with the podcast app on a iphone or go to this page http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/category/podcast/

If you have interest in becoming a REA, can be good but not necessary if your main goal is REI.

Here are some books I have enjoyed a lot, not in any order although something like Rich Dad Poor Dad is a good starting point. A lot of what is the best to read depends on ones goals.

- Rich Dad Poor Dad (Financial mentality, motivational)

- Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (good general book on REI with some how to)

- Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller (I have not read this but based on how much I like Millionaire Investor I am sure this one is good)

- The Book on Flipping Houses written by J Scott and published by BP http://www.123flip.com/ (Great book with a lot of good how to info related to house flipping/rehabbing)

- Flip by Gary Keller's company (good book on flipping/rehabbing)

- Hold by Gary Keller's company (good book on buy and hold rentals)

FLIP by Rick Villani and Clay Davis

I was going to recommend each of the Keller books above (they are all fantastic)...though I certainly have good things to say about the J Scott book as well...  ;-)
