How to Find the Best Team Possible

I know who I need on my team--attorney, accountant, contractor, etc.

What I need to know is how to go about locating these professionals. I don't want to just pick a name from an internet search. And I'd obviously like them to be local.

What's the best way to assemble a team and find the best in the business?
