I'm new to real estate investing (haven't done a deal yet), and have heard some talk about loans being non recourse if they're above a certain dollar amount or for a large property. Do they exist?

@Account Closed typically the dollar amount for non-recourse is over 1MM but I've heard of some that are as low as 750k.
