Bird Dog to get Investors?
Realtor with 8 years experience, I am thinking of being a bird dog in order to attract Investors for a fix and flip project that I have put together. What are your thoughts? I would assume these Investors already have their own Realtors and companies they use to Rehab? Any pointers?
