Hi all! I am a newbie and looking to get as much great info as I can from all of you experienced investors. I am putting in an offer on a Homepath REO property this week. It needs a new roof but it is far below retail and in a private beach neighborhood. I am excited and nervous at the same time! I am so glad for this website and am looking forward to reading all the great posts. Wish me success!!
