I'm proud to say that my business partner @Anthony Bostic and I have just closed on our second investment.  We have set a new goal to obtain in the future, which is to have another home under contract before the other finalizes.  With that being said it keeps us on our toes and focused. Goals, Goals, Goals.  Thanks again BP.
