Yellow Letters - HELP! Owners with multiple properties in same city

Hi,

This is my first time doing a yellow letter campaign. I noticed that multiple owners have multiple properties in the same city. How do I handle this in regards to sending out my letters? I would like to address the possibility of contracting any and all properties that an owner may have that would be a great deal.

Some owners have between 2-11 properties.
