Looking To Start Out In Real Estate??
I have seen several discussions on starting out in real estate. I can tell you there are several pieces that have to be put in place in order to be successful. You have to have people you can trust, you have to have good property management if you are an out of town investor. You have to find funding, sometimes that funding is very expensive. Our firm went through this process and found ways to be successful. Sometimes it is just a learning lesson throughout the process. Would love to hear about some success stories in real estate.
