First time home buyer
Hello BP! I'm fairly new to BiggerPockets, but so far I'm loving everything about it.
I just wanted to get a few opinions on the FHA loan and duplexes/triplexes. I plan on purchasing my first home sometime this year and would love for it to be a duplex or triplex here in San Diego, CA. I was told you have to live there for at least year which I plan on doing, but does that mean I can still rent out the other unit/units? Or is that for all of the units?
