I was referred to this site by a neighbor in thinking about getting into rental properties. Have no experience, but there's lots of information here. Don't really know where to start looking. Any thoughts?
Hi Clayton, and welcme to BP! I'm sure that some buy and hold folks will be on shortly, but The Ultimate Beginners Guide and the podcasts were great for me when I first got here. Browse the podcasts and see what suits your interests when you have some time, great way to train your mind just to think creatively regarding real estate. There are some great folks on here, never be nervous about reaching out. Best of luck, and welcome to the site!
There is tons of different resources. Start out by introducing yourself in the new member introductions. Than check out the podcasts, and blogs.
Look forward to seeing you around!
Hello and welcome to BP! There is so much info on BP! In addition to reading the Beginner's Guide, I suggest you just start reading some of the forums, blogs, and listening to podcasts about purchasing rentals until you start to narrow down what interests you most. Radom listening and reading can help you do that. I am myself an investor in turnkey out of my area rental properties.
